There are several ways to apply for DSS programs and services. You can apply online; download and mail in an application; or, for some health coverage, apply over the phone at Access Health CT. When possible, we recommend online application as the quickest and most convenient.

Households and individuals who wish to apply for or renew health coverage for children (HUSKY A & B); parents with dependent children (HUSKY A); caretakers/guardians of minor children (HUSKY A); pregnant individuals (HUSKY A Pregnancy or HUSKY B Prenatal); and adults under 65 without dependent children (HUSKY D), can apply online at www.accesshealthct.com.
